Persons who joined illegal armed groups will appear before the court

The preliminary investigation into the criminal case of Azerbaijani citizens Orkhan Zarbaliyev and Safa Dabakhov, who joined illegal armed groups outside the country, has been completed, oxu.az reports.

The materials collected on the case were sent for consideration to the Baku Court for Grave Crimes. The criminal case will be considered by judge Eldar Ismailov.

A criminal case was initiated against O. Zarbaliyev and S. Dabakhov under Article 283-1.3 (creation of stable groups for the purpose of participating in armed conflicts outside the Republic of Azerbaijan, participation in these groups, exercises or armed conflicts) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. By court order, they were arrested.
