The head of the housing cooperative, who sold the apartment of the martyr family, was arrested

Nofal Hajiyev, co-founder and head of the Təbriz housing and construction cooperative, sold an apartment belonging to the martyr family to four people, oxu.az reports citing the press service.

A criminal case has been initiated in the Main Anti-Corruption Department under the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with the sale of one of the apartments in a multi-storey residential building built at the address: Baku city, Narimanov district, Ibragimpash Dadashov street, 57, to two persons .

Nofal Hajiyev, brought to justice, was charged with articles 178.4, 308.2, 313 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. By the decision of the Binagadi district court, a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen against him. The investigation is currently ongoing.
