Compensation for damage to individuals and legal entities in the amount of AZN 24.8 million provided

Baku this year provided compensation for damages in the amount of 24.8 million manat to individuals and legal entities in criminal cases that are in production, the report.az Internet news portal reports, citing an article by Baku city prosecutor Elshan Abbasov, published in the official newspaper.

The prosecutor noted that out of 29.2 million manats of material damage caused to individuals and legal entities in criminal cases initiated in the investigative bodies of the prosecutor’s office and internal affairs bodies, compensation of 24.8 million manats, that is, 85%, was provided.
