The Prosecutor General’s Office warned the founder of “Kanal 13” YouTube channel

The Prosecutor General’s Office issued a warning to Aziz Orujev, the founder of “Kanal 13” YouTube channel, APA reports quoting the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Thus, on September 13, 2022, the founder of the Kanal 13 YouTube channel Aziz Orujev, violating the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On information, informatization and information protection” and “On national security”, posted a video on his Kanal 13 YouTube channel damaging the image of the Azerbaijani army and casting a shadow on the work carried out in the direction of strengthening the state’s defense capability.

On September 15, 2022, on the basis of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Prosecutor’s Office”, A. Orudzhev was warned.

After the warning was given, these materials were removed from the channel.
