Two important legal acts will be adopted in the field of cybersecurity
In recent years, serious steps have been taken in Azerbaijan in the field of information security, APA reports citing the head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security, Ilgar Musayev, who made a presentation at the Global Hybrid Warfare and Cyber Security conference.
In particular, he noted that the adoption of two important legal acts is expected in the near future. This is the first one concerning the security of critical information infrastructure. Providers will be abolished license, the requirement of additional payment, and activities in this area will be simplified. Special security requirements will be defined. The second is the approval of the information security and cybersecurity strategy of Azerbaijan. It will reflect the training of personnel and what will be done in the coming years.
