The Supreme Court terminated the cassation decision against 18 persons involved in the “Terter case”

The Plenum of the Supreme Court canceled the cassation decision against 18 persons involved in the “Terter case”, oxu.az reports with reference to the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev.

According to the Prosecutor General, at the plenum of the Supreme Court, the request of the Prosecutor General in connection with the “Terter case” was granted: By a court decision, the last cassation decision in two criminal cases against 18 people was canceled. The case has been sent to the Court of Appeal for retrial.
