The persons who stole the payment terminal were detained

A MilliÖn payment terminal containing AZN 5,405 was stolen in the Balakhani village of Sabunchu district of Baku, oxu.az reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is noted that as a result of emergency operational-search activities carried out by employees of the 12th police department of the Sabunchu District Police Department, residents of the capital, Roman Abbasov and Saleh Nagizade, suspected of committing a crime, were identified and detained, who opened the stolen terminal on the territory of the Balakhani village. During the investigation, it was found that the device was taken out in a car belonging to Saleh Nagizade. The theft was also recorded by CCTV cameras installed on the territory.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated in the investigative department of the Sabunchu District Police Department. Operational-search activities are ongoing to detain other persons involved in the incident.
