A person who persuaded a minor to steal was detained

A man was detained in Guba for inciting a minor to steal, reports the online news portal report.az, citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Thus, a certain citizen applied to the Guba district police department in connection with the theft from his house. In the course of the investigation, it was established that 4,400 manats were stolen from the victim’s house.

As a result of operational-search activities carried out by police officers, a resident of the district, Aslan Khudaverdiyev, suspected of committing a crime, was detained. The suspect also involved his minor neighbor in the commission of the crime.

In this regard, a criminal case was initiated in the Guba District Police Department, and a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen by a court decision against Aslan Khudaverdiyev.
