Consideration of the appeal of persons arrested in the “Terter case” begins

Consideration of the appeal of 11 people arrested in the “Terter case” begins, reports oxu.az. The case will be considered in the Ganja Court of Appeal chaired by Judge Teyyub Mukhtarov.

The first meeting will be held today on November 2, 2022. Recently, at the plenum of the Supreme Court, the case of 18 people arrested in the framework of the “Terter case” was considered.

In connection with the newly revealed circumstances, the plenary session decided to re-examine the criminal cases against Rauf Orujov, Nijat Rzayev and other convicts under article 274 (high treason) and other articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the court of appeal.
