Prime Minister: Support for families of martyrs and war invalids will continue

The great return to the territories liberated from occupation is of great importance for us, reports oxu.az. This was stated by Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov at a meeting of the Milli Majlis.

He noted that, according to preliminary estimates, more than 32 billion manats of budgetary funds are required for the implementation of the “Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026”.

“Of these, 58% will be sent to the liberated territories,” the Prime Minister added.

According to him, after Azerbaijan liberated its lands from Armenian occupation, more than 5.8 billion manats were allocated for the implementation of the Great Return project over the past two years.

A. Asadov stressed that in 2023 the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan will continue to support martyr families and war invalids.
