Prosecutor’s office of Nizami district ignores instructions of the President and the Law

Despite numerous appeals, the prosecutor’s office of Nizami district of Baku persistently does not respond on requests of Veliyev A. and Hasanov S. to inform about a fate of their application for fraud group.

According to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On the order of considering appeals of citizens” a response to an application should be given within 30 days.

According to Article 207 Criminal Procedure Code of Azerbaijan Republic, the maximum consideration of reports of crime should not exceed 20 days.
