The director and employees of the real estate agency were arrested

The director and employees of the “Zamin” Real Estate Agency, accused of fraud against citizens, have been arrested, report.az news agency reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is noted that the employees of the agency, taking advantage of the trust of 78 citizens, fraudulently seized their money in the amount of 1,490,200 manats.

Employees of the Khatai district police department detained the director of the “Zamin” Real Estate Agency operating in the district Ogtay Zarbaliyev, sales managers Ramin Nagdaliyev, Orkhan Aliyev and Natig Shakhmuradov.

Members of the group gave deliberately false promises to the victims that they would help them purchase a home with a mortgage on favorable terms.

The investigation department of the Khatai district police department initiated a criminal case under the article “fraud” of the Criminal Code. Ogtay Zarbaliyev and other members of the group were taken into custody by a court decision.
