The civil service appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office about falsified documents

The State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office in connection with the revealed cases of violation of legislation in the field of public procurement, oxu.az reports.

When analyzing the final protocols received from various state institutions, there were reasonable suspicions of falsification of documents submitted by some entrepreneurs for participation in open tenders through the electronic public procurement portal.

The revealed facts of falsification by Maybo Calibration LLC, Ural As Servis LLC, Kremon LLC, Tean LM LLC, Fərid-FB LLC and an individual Vugar Takhmazov of documents were submitted to the Prosecutor General’s Office for a legal assessment.
