Bank debts of family members of martyrs on consumer loans repaid

Last year, the YAŞAT Foundation submitted a total of 2.2 thousand applications, including 905 applications from family members of martyrs, 3 applications from family members of missing persons and 1,300 applications from injured persons, for repayment of consumer loans and other debt obligations, APA reports. This was reflected in the Report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers for 2022. The document notes that 688,000 manats were spent from the Fund’s budget to satisfy requests.

On the initiative of the Fund, the debt obligations of members of the families of martyrs in the amount of 126.4 thousand manats were repaid by banks and non-bank organizations.
