Joint operation of the State Border Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs: more than 10 kg of drugs seized

On March 18, 2023, at 03:40, as a result of joint operational-search activities carried out by employees of the State Border Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a vehicle with the state license plate 99-PU-326 was detained near the village of Mollamagerramli, Fuzuli region.

The press center of the State Border Service told APA that residents of Baku Alakbarov Nijat Khatam oglu, Gurbanov Alikhan Alzahid oglu and Shukurov Yahya Tair oglu were detained during the investigation. (4 kilos of marijuana, 4 kilos of opium, 2 kilos of methamphetamine and 500 grams of heroin).

The necessary investigative measures are being taken.
