A new call center for war veterans and families of martyrs opens

From April 1, 2023, a new “call center 9109” will start operating at the Ministry of Health to provide psychological assistance to war veterans and families of martyrs and their medical rehabilitation, Report news agency reported citing the ministry.

“Call Center 9109” was created in order to improve the psychological support for war veterans and families of martyrs, ensure the regularity of medical rehabilitation services, as well as in coordination with other government agencies.

For the prompt consideration of requests received by the call center, a “Unified monitoring platform for the provision of psychological assistance and medical rehabilitation” has been formed, which is integrated with the relevant government agencies.

The 9109 call center will accept calls around the clock throughout the week.
