In St. Petersburg, it is announced a competition for the best project monument to a bribe, informs “Interfax” referring to a jury chairman Anatoly Belkin. The monument will be called “Greyhound puppy” and it is intended to demonstrate incurability of bribery. It is offensive for dogs, you know!
