A large amount of money was withdrawn from a stolen card

In the Nasimi district of Baku, a bank card was stolen from a resident of the capital and 2,800 manats were withdrawn from his account, oxu.az reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to the data, the relevant information was received by the police on June 4, 2023.

As a result of operational activities, officers of the 19th police department of the Nasimi District Police Department identified and detained Shahin Mammadov, a resident of the Fuzuli district, Etimad Hasanov, a native of the Agsu district, as well as residents of Baku, Nijat Azizli and Zahid Azizov, suspected of committing a crime.

The matter is under investigation.
