Preliminary investigation on case of Azerbaijani citizen accused of high treason completed

The preliminary investigation of the criminal case of Bakhtiyar Agazade, accused of high treason, has been completed, APA reports. The collected materials were sent to the Lankaran Court for Grave Crimes for consideration.

The criminal case was handed over to Judge Islam Neymanov for execution.

The preparatory hearing of the court is scheduled for July 4, 2023.
