A meeting is being held with representatives of the Armenian residents of Karabakh in Yevlakh

On September 21, 2023, at the invitation of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a meeting with representatives of the Armenian residents of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan is being held in the city of Yevlakh,  oxu.az reports.

The central government of Azerbaijan at the meeting was represented by the person responsible for contacts with the Armenian residents of the Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ramin Mammadov, the deputy special representative of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in the territories liberated from occupation within the Karabakh economic region (with the exception of the Shusha region), Bashir Hajiyev and an employee of the special mission Ilkin Sultanov .

The Armenian residents of Karabakh are represented by Sergey Martirosyan and David Melkumyan. A representative of the Russian peacekeeping contingent also takes part in the meeting.
