The Ministry of Internal Affairs appealed to citizens in connection with Internet fraud

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan appealed to citizens in connection with Internet fraud. According to Report, the message states: “Beware of fake, phishing websites, links to which are sent via social networks, email or SMS with the text “follow the link, receive a gift.” Do not believe sudden messages “you have won a gift” or similar content!”

The department urged citizens not to click on such links, not to share personal information, and not to make online payments on dubious Internet resources.
