On September 25, 2023, a meeting was held in Khojaly with representatives of the Armenian residents of Karabakh, oxu.az reports.

The central authorities of Azerbaijan were represented at the meeting by Ramin Mamedov, responsible for contacts with the Armenian residents of the Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
