A criminal case has been initiated against officials of the district hospital

The Shabran District Prosecutor’s Office conducted an investigation into a citizen’s complaint about violations at the Shabran District Central Hospital, Report informs, citing the press service of the prosecutor’s office. During the investigation, it was established that between 2018 and 2023, hospital officials, abusing their official powers, entered false information into official documents. In addition, there is reason to assert that these individuals appropriated state property and wasted budget funds.

Based on the fact, the Shabran District Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case under Articles 179.2.4, 308.1 and 313 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The preliminary investigation is ongoing.
