The court ruled on the preliminary arrest of Bako Sahakyan, Arkady Ghukasyan and David Ishkhanyan for a period of 4 months

The presentation of the investigator of the State Security Service (SSS) of Azerbaijan regarding the choice of a preventive measure in the form of detention of the former “presidents” of separatists in Karabakh Arkady Ghukasyan (1997-2007) and Bako Sahakyan (2007-2020), “representative in Karabakh” of the Dashnaktsutyun party, was considered “and the ex-chairman of the “parliament” of the separatist regime, David Ishkhanyan.

As APA reports, the representation against Arkady Ghukasyan was provided by the Sabail District Court, chaired by Judge Ulviya Shukurova, and a preventive measure was chosen for him in the form of detention for a period of 4 months.

The submissions against Bako Sahakyan and David Ishkhanyan were considered under the chairmanship of Judge Azer Tagiyev. In relation to these persons, representations were provided and a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention for a period of 4 months.

It should be noted that all three were detained by employees of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan and taken to Baku, they were charged under various articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
