The President of Azerbaijan announced the continuation of the process of clearing territories in Karabakh from gangs

“Today the process of clearing territories from gangs is underway.” As APA reports, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said this while receiving participants in the 53rd meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of the CIS Member States.

“According to our data, there are still certain groups hiding in this territory. After September 20, there were armed provocations in Karabakh. The territory is quite large, mountainous, wooded, so we will need time to completely clear the territory of gangs,” the head of state noted.
