Defense Minister recognized incompetence and corruption

The upper chamber of Japanese parliament adopted a resolution to censure the Minister of Defence Naoki Tanaka who is accused of incompetence and living beyond their means, ITAR-TASS is reported.

The Minister is an owner of the house which is estimated at several tens millions dollars.
