European Court pokes nose into other’s business

In a case of the former political prisoner Eynulla Fatullayev European Court made a decision about his immediate release thereby assuming illegally functions of a court of fourth instance.

The IOLR fully agrees with views of the political nature of persecution of E. Fatullayev and his illegal detention but the law is law. It is even for the corrupt and unrighteous of the European Court of Human Rights Trade. Maybe, is law not written for them?
