Officer, who acquitted in the Terter case, will be paid more than 182 thousand manats

Senior Lieutenant Sultan Zeydullayev, sentenced to 20 years in prison in the “Terter case” and acquitted after 5 years and 7 months, will be paid compensation, minval.az reports. The decision on this matter was made by the Nasimi District Court.

The court partially granted the plaintiff’s request. According to the court decision, S. Zeidullayev was awarded 115 thousand 642 manats for material damage, 67 thousand manats for moral damage, in total 182 thousand 642 manats.

The Ministry of Finance, recognized as a defendant in the case, was dissatisfied with the decision.
