The case of the former director of the insurance agency was sent to court

The preliminary investigation into the criminal case of the ex-director of the Nizami branch of the State Insurance Agency Elmar Gasimov, accused of large-scale theft, has been completed, haqqin.az reports. The materials on the criminal case were sent for consideration to the Baku Court of Serious Crimes. The case is being heard by Judge Rasim Sadigov. A preparatory court hearing is scheduled for November 7, 2023.

The State Commercial Insurance Company was recognized as the injured party.
