Presidential pension awarded to family members of military personnel killed during anti-terrorist measures

549 family members of military personnel who died during the anti-terrorist measures carried out by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in Karabakh on September 19-20 were assigned a monthly presidential pension. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population reported this in response to Report’s request.

The ministry reported that 234 heirs of martyrs, as well as 38 military personnel who were injured during anti-terrorist measures, were assigned payment under state compulsory personal insurance, and work in this direction continues.

It is noted that during local anti-terrorism activities, 192 servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces became martyrs.
