Persons put on the international wanted list were extradited from Russia to Azerbaijan

The extradition from Russia to Azerbaijan of four people previously put on the international wanted list has been secured, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

The requests of the supervisory department for the extradition of four citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Gabib Kaltayev, Maharram Miriev, Rashad Tagiyev and Jamshid Badirzade in accordance with the requirements of the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters of October 7, 2002 were satisfied by the Prosecutor General’s Office Russian Federation.
