Azerbaijan proposed holding an informal summit of heads of state of the UTC in Shusha

Azerbaijan has proposed holding an informal summit of heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in the city of Shusha in late April or early May 2024.

As APA reports, this is stated in the Declaration adopted on November 3 at the 10th anniversary summit of the UTC in Astana.
