Woman prosecuted for fraud

In Baku, a woman is accused of large-scale fraud, oxu.az reports. So, D. Gasanalieva suggested to sisters G.M., A.M. and their brother M.M. invest in hotels and construction. for this she promised to give them a share of the profits. According to the information, in exchange for this offer, the accused received a total of 333,677 manats from the victims.

However, she subsequently did not keep her promise, and the victims contacted law enforcement agencies. D. Gasanalieva, suspected of fraud, was brought to justice. A decision was made against her to select a preventive measure in the form of house arrest.

An investigation into this fact is ongoing at the Baku Serious Crimes Court.
