The chairman of the municipality and entrepreneurs were fined

In order to prevent violations of sanitary and hygienic rules, preventive measures were carried out in the Agdash region and the city of Mingachevir, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Thus, during events with the participation of employees of district (city) police departments, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in the village of Khapytly, Agdash region and in Mingachevir, facts of storage of household waste were revealed.

In connection with the revealed facts, protocols were drawn up under Article 271 (non-compliance with environmental protection requirements when storing and burning industrial and household waste) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan against the chairman of the village municipality and three entrepreneurs of Mingachevir.
