Suspect detained for extorting money from a resident of the capital

Law enforcement officers detained A. Akhmedov in Baku on suspicion of extorting 9 thousand manats through threats from a resident of the capital, Report infors citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A. Akhmedov, previously convicted of crimes related to theft, fraud, robbery and drugs, was detained on November 27 after receiving 9 thousand manats from a citizen.

A criminal case has been initiated into the fact.
