European Court of corruption and arbitrariness waits for death of complainants

The number of complainants from Azerbaijan has dead from the experiences of ongoing tyranny not waiting for the European Court of corruption and arbitrariness decisions since 2005.

These are Kafarova M.K. (application no. 5042/07), Allahverdiyev A. (application no. 27760/07) Kamysh A.N. (application no. 49387/07), Aliyev F.G. (application no. 18399/08), Aydamirov I. (application no. 18068/08), Samadova S.A. (application no. 36608/08) and Padarov I.G. (application no. 19599/09).

Complainant Samadova requested compensation for death of her son who was murdered by G. Mamedov’s gang. Aydamirov, Kafarova and others are victims of a terrorist act.

Death of these people is on conscience of villains of the European Court of corruption and arbitrariness.
