This year, 3 million manats were returned to affected citizens

In Azerbaijan, over the 11 months of 2023, citizens have been provided with compensation of more than 3 million manats, oxu.az reports with reference to a statement by the head of the Department for Coordination of Special Issues of Confiscation of the General Prosecutor’s Office, Vugar Aliyev, made live on the official page of the structure on Instagram. According to him, this year relevant work has been carried out to compensate for damage caused to citizens in criminal cases. As a result of the measures taken, more than 3 million manats were returned to the victims.
