CEC: documents for registration of candidacy for the presidential elections were submitted by 7 people

17 people nominated their candidacies to participate in the presidential elections in Azerbaijan. As APA reports, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazakhir Panahov said this in a conversation with journalists.

He noted that 7 of the 17 people whose nominations were approved have already submitted signature sheets and other necessary documents to the CEC to register their candidacies: “The candidacies of 3 people have already been registered, and the documents of 4 people will be considered at CEC meetings in the coming days.”
