Judgement announced for hospital employee who deceived citizens

The Agjabadi District Court has completed the investigation into the case of Z.V., accused of fraud, oxu.az reports. The verdict was announced at the trial chaired by Judge Sulduz Lyazimov.

The court sentenced her to a fine of 4,000 manats. The execution of the sentence is entrusted to the district Department of Execution and Probation at the place of residence of the convicted person. Taking into account the preventive measure chosen in relation to the accused in another criminal case in the form of arrest, the preventive measure in this criminal case in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place was cancelled.
