A fraudster who fraudulently misappropriated 11,500 manats was detained

During the operational-search activities carried out by employees of the Guba district police department based on the information received, local resident Ulkyar Kerimova was detained on suspicion of fraud. Report was informed about this by the Guba regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the information, the detainee caused large-scale damage to citizens by making promises to several people without having the authority to solve their problems. She made promises to individuals for selfish purposes, abusing their trust, and embezzled funds totaling 11,500 manats. In her testimony, the detainee admitted her fraudulent actions.

Citizens who have suffered from her illegal actions are asked to contact the Call Center 102 or the city number of the Guba RPD (+994 23 335 35 11).

A criminal case has been opened into the matter and an investigation is underway.
