The man responsible for the worker’s murder will appear in court again

A repeated cassation appeal was filed against the verdict against Vasif Bayramov, accused of murder by negligence, oxu.az reports. The complaint will be considered under the chairmanship of Supreme Court Judge Vidadi Jafarov. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 1, 2024.

The Baku Grave Crimes Court sentenced V. Bayramov to 10 years in prison.

Based on this fact, the district prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case under Article 126.3 (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim through negligence) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.

Vasif Bayramov was brought in as a defendant, and the court decided against him as a preventive measure in the form of arrest.
