Azerbaijan extradited a wanted Russian citizen

A Russian citizen, previously put on the international wanted list, was extradited from Azerbaijan by employees of the Penitentiary Service. Report was informed about this by the Prosecutor General’s Office.

58-year-old Vladislav Golubev was detained in November last year at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. In his country of citizenship, he was wanted by law enforcement agencies on charges of deliberate bankruptcy.
