63 heads of municipalities brought to administrative responsibility

Last year in Azerbaijan, administrative violation protocols were drawn up against 76 municipal chairmen and sent to court. As APA reports, this is reflected in the “Annual Report of the body exercising administrative control over the activities of municipalities,” which was discussed at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on regional issues.

Based on these protocols, 63 chairmen of municipalities were brought to administrative liability by the courts. Currently, 13 administrative protocols are being processed by the courts.
