In Azerbaijan, the procedure for managing seized property is determined. As APA reports, this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Criminal Procedure Code, which was included in the agenda of the meeting of the Milli Majlis on February 23.

In this regard, a new article 253-1 is added to the Criminal Procedure Code.
