Drug trafficking suspects detained

Employees of the Agsu district police department conducted operations against persons involved in drug trafficking in the district, oxu.az reports with reference to the Sheki regional press service group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Local residents Elshan Huseynov and Sabuhi Jafarov, previously convicted of a similar crime, were detained.

During a personal search, marijuana was found on E. Huseynov, and heroin was found on S. Jafarov.

An investigation into this fact is ongoing.
