Violations were detected in one of the Baku kindergartens: a criminal case was initiated

Based on a complaint received about violations committed in kindergarten No. 184 in the Yasamal district of Baku, the district prosecutor’s office conducted an investigation, 1news.az reports with reference to the press service of the Yasamal district prosecutor’s office.

Based on the results of the investigation, reasonable suspicions were revealed of theft by officials of the specified kindergarten of state property on a large scale by spending food products on 112 children, whose names are not registered in the relevant database, and of abuse of official powers.

Based on this fact, the district prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case under articles 179.2.3, 179.2.4 (“Misappropriation through official position and causing significant damage”), 308.1 (“Abuse of official powers”) and 313 (“Official fraud”) of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic .
