The Court of Appeal rejected the petition of the founder of Toplum TV

The Baku Court of Appeal has considered a complaint against the court decision to arrest the founder of Toplum TV, Alesker Mammadli, oxu.az reports. At the meeting, the defense petitioned to change the measure of restraint in the form of arrest against the accused media expert.

The court did not consider the complaint to be justified. The decision of the trial court was upheld. A. Mammadli is accused of smuggling.
