Police operation: there are detainees

As a result of activities carried out by employees of the Yevlakh district police department, 13 people suspected of illegal drug trafficking and the acquisition of ammunition were detained, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a result, 2 kg of drugs and psychotropic substances, a Kalashnikov assault rifle, a Makarov pistol and rifled weapons were discovered. Five hunting rifles were confiscated from citizens. Also during the events, three suspects in theft and seven wanted persons were detained.

Road patrol officers drew up reports on 770 drivers who violated traffic rules over the past 15 days. 96 drivers were brought to justice for making changes to the design of the car, 78 for driving without a driver’s license, 10 for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as two motorists.
