The court rejected the appeal of the head of the Internet TV channel

The Baku Court of Appeal made a decision against the head of the Internet television channel Kanal 13 Aziz Orujov, oxu.az reports with reference to Report. It is noted that the appeal against the decision made by the Sabail District Court to extend the preventive measure of arrest for Aziz Orujov for another two months was not satisfied.

A. Oruzhdev, he was detained on November 27 last year. A criminal case was opened against him under Article 188.2 (unauthorized carrying out construction or installation work on a land plot without the right of ownership, use or lease established by law) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. A. Orujov was detained as a suspect. At a meeting held on November 28 in the Sabail District Court, a preventive measure was chosen against him in the form of arrest for a period of three months.

Later, a new charge was brought against him under Article 206.3.2 (smuggling committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy) of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
