Last month, smuggling worth 1 million manats was detained at the state border of Azerbaijan

In March, smuggling worth 1,122,461 manats was detained at the state border of Azerbaijan, oxu.az reports with reference to the State Border Service.

It is reported that as part of the relevant measures, contraband with a total value of 1,122,461 manats was detained, including guns, ammunition, American and Russian currency, a stun gun, medicines, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.

As part of the fight against drug smuggling, 178 kg 597 g of drugs and 8,178 drug-containing tablets were discovered and seized from illicit trafficking.
